Replacement & Refunds

As PCB/PCBA is a customize product, each board is produced under the customer's demand. For products with quality issues, ALLPCB provides replacement or refund options for quality problem. For products with clear evidence shown it is ALLPCB's quality issue or service problem, which includes ALLPCB does not follow customer's Gerber file or special remarks; products quality does not meet the IPC standards or customer's requirements. We can provide the free replacement service or refund.


You can contact ALLPCB customer service or your sales to follow up the process; or login your account to check the DHL/FedEx replacement number.


You can apply a refund back to your ALLPCB account balance or bank account.

Processing Time:

Account Balance: immediately

Bank Account: 5-15 business days (different bank processing time differs)

For products with unclear issue, ALLPCB can provide a free quality test which needs customer to send the products back in advance. Once ALLPCB received the product, we will take a test and email you the feedback in 5 working days. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your ALLPCB account first, refund maybe delayed due to the abnormal network connection or other reasons; contact PayPal/ your Bank.
