You know what? PCB board price can be got even without system! Firstly,you need to learn some factors that will influence prices.

1.Material

Take 2 layers board for example, different board thickness and copper thickness of material cause obvious price difference. In the solder resist ink, a certain price difference also exists in the ordinary hot oil and green oil.

2. Surface Finish

Price from low to high: OSP, Lead Free HASL, HASL with Lead (environmental protection), gold-plated, Immersion Gold, some combination of technology.

3. PCB Complexity 

For example, 2 boards with same vias, the smaller hole size costs more. And the different line spacing and width bring different cost. For those special process designs, they require more money such as buried & blind holes, internal hole, and button board, etc.

4. Copper Thickness  

The common copper thickness: 18um (1 / 2OZ), 35um (1OZ), 70um (2OZ), 105um (3OZ), 140um (4OZ), etc. The thicker it is, the more expensive copper foil will be.
