pcb design schematic

There is a TI processor with 1.2 GHz speed need to do schematic and PCB design and generate gerber files required for PCB fabrication. I want to use Kicad help me to do it. But I have two questions need help: 1.Can Kicad be used to do schematic + pcb design for high speed processor? 2.How many component libraries does Kicad support what if a particular component library is missing in Kicad. how to deal with such a situation.

1.I did a fairly complex board myself using KiCad, as it has core functionality for high-speed board layout: differential pairs routing and length matching. 2.You can create symbol and footprint by yourself.
