Hi this is James Brown with PCB Solutions. In this video, I want to point out a few of the important components regarding our PCB line of products.
First of all – as a basic overview of product capability, we can produce any type of PCB. That includes, but is not limited to:
• Rigid
• Rigid Flex
• And all types Flex PCBs
In the rigid category – We can do just about any type of rigid PCB requirement. We can produce from 1 layer to 40 layers in any type of volumes and we have the ability to spec out any low tech and complex requirements such as:
• Controlled Impedance, blind and buried vias, gold fingers, very tight tolerances, multiple soldermask and legend colors, etc.
We also have the ability to do quick turns on low to medium volumes at very competitive prices. If you need your boards produced domestically for ITAR or other domestically produced requirements, we have the resources to meet your needs. Just a short time ago we produced a 22 layer PCB with blind and buried vias for Raytheon and produced 20 of those boards in just 10 days.
With Rigid and Rigid Flex – Again, we can handle
any type requirement. For instance we have produced a 7 layer Rigid Flex board for Honeywell over just over 3 years now.
Here is an example of a 2 layer pcb with an ENIG surface finish used in a medical device.
Here is an example of 1 layer flex with ENIG. While it doesn’t look too complex, its tolerances are very tight and it is not an easy product to build. In fact, this customer came to us moving from another supplier because we improved the quality.
One other thing that sets us apart in our rigid and flex product is our documentation. Here you can see a copy of the documents we send with every shipment. Each shipment includes, but is not always limited to:
• Certificate of Compliance
• Outgoing inspection report
• Cross section or microsection report
• E-Test or Net-list test
• E-Test yield data
• Drill hole specifications and tolerances
• Copy of the cross sections and puck are always included for review.
Here you can see where we take a cross section analysis from this 8 layer PCB
As you can see, we spare no effort to make sure you receive a quality Printed circuit board.
