What format file for V-Cuts? For Gerber file, the name of separate file is just V-Cuts?

To produce the panel 'guides' with fiducials and mounting holes parametrically will be a good thing. And with a check box for the panels to be v-cut or routed.

You need to know what the PCB fab want you to name your file.

It is very easy in DEX to tile the PCB in software. What you need to do is only switching to panelize view, set panel size, add v-cuts.
