Suggestions
I'm designing a 223-pin BGA with 0.5mm pitch, with
ball size 0.3mm, with a 16-bit DDR3 controller
involved. Now routing a track between two balls
leads to a track width of 0.1mm and a spacing of 0.077mm.
The problwm now is that I want to finish the prototyping quickly, but the fab house could not finish production in a short time.
