What kind of component this is?

There are 4 green components in the pictures below. Does anybody know what kind of component they are?

There are some useful information for you to judge:
1.When the circuit is live, I measure no voltage drop.
2.My multi-meter measures 0 ohms in either direction.
3.The context is the power input stage of the whole PCB.
