Reund Policy

If your PCBs have quality problems and you want to ask for refund, Please contact us per email service@allpcb.com.

  Full Refund

  If the PCBs you receive have quality problems and these boards are totally unusable, you may ask for full refund or remake all your PCBs.

  Partial Refund

  If the PCBs you receive have minor quality defects but are still usable, you may ask for partial refund and keep the boards. Of course you always have the right to ask for full refund even when the defects are minor.
