FAQ

1. How does the commission work?: Commission = Total Amount of PCB Product Orders place by people you invited within one year (365 days since your friend registered)x 2%
● We track orders from a user who comes from your link for an entire year, and pay the commission accordingly.
● Shipping fee will not be included.
● Commissions will be re-evaluated for orders which have dispute or refund.
Your commission will be updated at 0:00 (UTC+8) every day including the addition from new orders and subtraction from previous disputed orders.

2. How can I use the commission?: Commission will be credit to your account balance once the refered order is completed. The account credit could be used for your following orders or cashout through Paypal.

3. Can I cash out the commissions? And how?: You may cash out the commssion once you have over 10 referred friends who placed orders. You will receive your commission in PayPal within 1-3 working days after contacting your exclusive sales agent.

4. How can I monitor my commissions?: Details of the referee and commissions can be found on the dashboard under "My invitation" tab on your account page.

5. What if I have other question regarding the event?: Please feel free to contact your dedicated sales, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
