component storage center.

Solder Paste Printing

Well-known brand GKG printing machines are used. Processable PCB size: minimum 50 * 50mm,

maximum 400 * 340mm. The repeat positioning accuracy of this equipment is up to ± 0.01mm, and the

printing accuracy is up to ± 0.025mm.

SPI

Stiger 510D is used for automatic solder paste inspection. Its CCD camera has up to 5 million pixels

and can detect the smallest element 01005 (inch), CPK> 1.33, GR≤10%. Many inspection items are

available, such as volume, area, height, offset, short circuit, flatness, etc.

IPQC

ALLPCB strictly in accordance with the inspection standards for the production of the first, patrol products.

Surface Mount Technology

Siemens high-speed placement machines are used. Attachable component size: minimum 01005 (inch), maximum 45 * 87.5mm. The support maximum PCB size is 1200 * 460mm. The placement speed is up to 45300CPH, and the precision is up to 37.5μm.

Reflow Soldering

JT reflow soldering is used. Temperature control, 10 temperature zones above and below. The temperature is controlled from room temperature to 300℃, and the temperature precision is controlled within ±1℃. The heating time is only 25Min.

First Article Testing

Ensure that the production model and the attached components are fully consistent with the customer's assembly drawings and BOM.

AOI

Octavia is used to perform AOI inspection on SMT. Its camera is a 5 megapixel industrial camera with a resolution of 15 μm. It mainly detects errors, leaks, reverses, deviations, tombstones, damage, empty welding, and foreign objects.

X-ray

AX equipment is used. The maximum PCB size can be detected is 510*420mm, and the magnification rate is 420X.

Wave Soldering

JT wave soldering is used. The size of soldering PCB is 50-350mm.The temperature can range from room temperature to 280℃, and the heating time is 110Min.

After Welding

There are many types of solderable components, supporting heat sink, crystal, USB, VGA, etc. Mutual quality inspection between different processes, high pass rate of products at one time.

Protection and Packaging

SF Express is used domestically while DHL is used internationally to pursue the fastest speed.
