ALLPCB provides the below shipping options:

DHL offers international express services in over 220 countries. As loyal customer of DHL, ALLPCB enables to provide competitive price for customers. It normally takes 3-7 business days for the package to be delivered around the world. DHL Pickup schedule : 10:00 (UTC+8), no DHL service on Sunday and other statutory holidays.

2.FedEx

FedEx offers delivery solutions for customers around the world. Currently we offer FedEx Priority and FedEx Economy (shorted as FedEx IP, FedEx IE). FedEx quotation is only available for some European countries on ALLPCB,If you can not get FedEx price on our website, please email to service@allpcb.com for accurate cost. The lead time is 3-5 business days for FedEx IP and 7-9 business days for FedEx IE FedEx Pickup schedule :10:00 (UTC+8).no DHL service on Sunday and other statutory holidays.

3.Hongkong Post

Hongkong Post is a good solution for customers who either do not have a tight schedule for the PCBs or need to save on the shipping. It normally takes 15-30 business days to deliver the package . Just kind reminder, the detailed logistic information may not be traceable . We do not recommend HK Post for your favorable shipping method.

4.Other Shipping MethodALLPCB also supports TNT, UPS and EMS for shipment.

And if your order is of large volume with ALLPCB, you can also choose to ship via air, sea/air combined and sea when necessary. Please contact your sales representative or service@allpcb.com for those shipping method .

*Delivery Authorization

Once you authorize the express to put package at front door, back yard or other place where package is easy to lost. We are not responsible for the lost or stolen items, etc.

*Tracking Your Order

You tracking number will be updated in your order information. You can log in your account to check the shipping information. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly, Or contact us at service@allpcb.com

*Shipping Terms & Conditions

1.All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of ALLPCB.

2. The delivery time given is only an approximation based on statistical analysis. In any exceptional cases, it may be extended;

3. Most international shipments will include additional fees in the form of duties and taxes. The additional fees shall be borne by customers, which depends on the local customs law;

4. Other shipping methods (UPS, TNT, Sea shipment) are also available, you can contact your customer service or service@allpcb.com

5. Under this tough situation of Covid-19, delivery time may differ.

6. Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.

*Important Note From ALLPCB

Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We do not control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays.
